How can we help you?

Greenhouse Analytics Schema Update - December 27, 2017

Hi everyone,

We are making the following changes to the Greenhouse Analytics schema on Wednesday, December 27, 2017! See below for a description, and see attached for the latest schema. If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to [email protected].

Now that we've launched the Events app, you can gather resumes and prospect data through a streamlined iPad app and easily import and classify that data in Greenhouse CRM. It makes it easy share and review the prospects you meet in real life with your entire team and to engage them in the hiring process. And, critically, it finally helps you measure the ROI of your spend at events with conversion reports. This means that for every event you attend you can track how many people you met, how many were converted into candidates for jobs, and, ultimately, how many were hired, so that you can invest future resources only in the events that deliver for you!

While we have these reports supported in the app - we want to support them externally as well, so we are adding them to the schema!

New Table "events"

  • Will contain two columns:
id - represents the unique ID of the event
name - string representing the name of the event

New Column on "applications"

  • event_id – represents the ID of the event the applicant attended
