If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), a user will need to have an account in your SSO provider to be able to log into Greenhouse. As long as that user has an account in your SSO provider, they can be added to Greenhouse Recruiting.
Note: Some organizations or SSO providers may have restrictions limiting multiple domains on a single SSO setup. In these situations, that user can't be added to the SSO provider, and therefore can't be added to Greenhouse Recruiting.
In order to have this configured, we recommend reaching out to your IT team or the owner of your team's SSO account.
