If there are offer approvals configured on a job, a notification will be sent to the following users when an offer approval is rejected:
- Hiring managers assigned to the job's hiring team
- Recruiter assigned to the job's hiring team
- User who requested approval
- Users who have already approved the offer
Under the Offer Details tab on a candidate's profile, you can click Update and edit the offer after it's rejected.
If a field is edited that will re-trigger the approvals process (noted by a small check mark), a new offer version will generate. You can then click Request Approval on the new offer.
