Greenhouse Recruiting offers two Chrome extensions, the Greenhouse Prospecting Chrome Plugin and the Greenhouse Gmail add-on. Neither extension bulk gathers data, and the scope of each is limited. No information is shared with non-Greenhouse servers or third parties.
Greenhouse Prospecting Chrome Plugin
- Requires a user to highlight specific text (e.g. first name, last name) before pulling the information
- Does not scan or save the entire page
Greenhouse Gmail Add-On
- If a user clicks the button, the add-on reviews the content of that specific email
- If a user does not click the button, the add-on looks only at email addresses on the message
