Apply with SEEK improves the candidate application experience by pre-filling application forms in Greenhouse Recruiting with information from a candidate’s SEEK profile.

This integration reduces manual data entry for candidates and supports a smoother application flow on both desktop and mobile devices.

Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with SEEK allows specialized Apply buttons to be added to Greenhouse-hosted job boards. When candidates select Apply with SEEK, information already stored in their SEEK profile syncs directly to the application form, helping improve completion rates and overall employer brand perception.

Apply with SEEK is also available through Jobstreet and JobsDB. The integration has been upgraded to support international hiring by offering a personalized, localized experience across SEEK’s Asia-Pacific markets, including multi-language support across Jobstreet and JobsDB.

The application experience is further simplified through newly supported fields that automatically pre-populate when a candidate applies using Apply with SEEK.

Enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Apply with SEEK integration

Note: A SEEK Hirer ID is required to enable Apply with SEEK. SEEK provides the Hirer ID during onboarding. If the Hirer ID has not yet been received, contact your SEEK Account Manager directly or reach out through SEEK’s contact form.

To enable the Apply with SEEK integration, click the Configure icon on your navigation bar, then click Job Boards & Posts on the left.

Click the Ellipsis icon beside your job board and select Edit Board Settings from the dropdown.

Scroll to Allow candidates to “Apply with SEEK”, check the box and enter your company’s SEEK Hirer ID

When finished, click Save

Use the Apply with SEEK integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

After the integration is enabled, Apply with SEEK (and/or Apply with Jobstreet) becomes available on Greenhouse-hosted external job boards.

When a candidate clicks Apply with SEEK or Apply with Jobstreet, a SEEK pop-up appears requesting authorization to share profile data. The candidate must allow access to continue with the application.

Once authorization is granted, supported fields on the Greenhouse application form automatically pre-populate using information from the candidate’s SEEK profile. 

Candidates will see an “Autofilled from SEEK” message on the application.
