Why am I seeing an error message when trying to post jobs to one of my social media accounts (LinkedIn or Twitter)?
It is possible that you need to update your credentials for that specific social media account. We would recommend going to 'Hi <Name>' in the upper right-hand corner of Greenhouse and then selecting 'My Info' from the drop-down. Under the 'Social Networks' section, choose to 'Disconnect' from that specific social media integration. Once you've done so, you'll then select to connect once more.
