Prompted to sign in when trying to view a link

Question:

Why do I keep getting prompted to log in when I try to view a link to an article or FAQ?

Answer:

For organizations that use a single sign on (SSO) to access Greenhouse, you will occassionally notice that you are being prompted to sign in when trying to access a Help Center article.  To resolve this issue, you will need to click on the question mark icon, located in the upper right corner of your Greenhouse.  This will refresh your access to the Help Center and allow you to click on articles without being prompted to sign in.
