Prompted to sign in when trying to view a support article link

For organizations that use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Greenhouse, may occasionally be prompted to sign in when trying to access a support center article.  

To resolve this issue, you will need to click on the question mark icon, located in the upper right corner of your Greenhouse.  This will refresh your access to the support center and allow you to click on articles without being prompted to sign in.
