After scheduling an interview for an interviewer, you might have received an email with the following subject line: We didn't recognize interviewers on your calendar invite.
This email indicates at least one of the email addresses to which you sent the interview invite is not associated with a Greenhouse Recruiting user account. In order for a user to access an assigned Interview Kit within Greenhouse Recruiting, the email address listed on the interview invite must match the email address they use to access Greenhouse Recruiting.
We recommend comparing the email address(es) on the interview invite to the email address(es) associated with the user account(s). Update the invite with the corrected email address(es) and re-send.
