An Email Template I created is not populating when I select to "Email <Candidate Name>"

Answer:

Each email template has a "template type" and these "types" determine where they will populate when selecting to communicate with a candidate, so it's possible the existing template type is not currently correct.  The best example would be email templates with the "template type" of "Candidate Rejection". These templates with this template type only appear when rejecting a candidate. Similarly, for the "Email <Candidate name>" option on a candidate profile, only email templates with the email type "Candidate email" will populate.

If you need to edit the template type of an existing email template, you can do so by going to Configure>Email Templates and selecting the edit icon to the right of the appropriate email template.
