No packages available when exporting to Hireright


When I select to export to Hireright for background verification, I am receiving an error that I am unable to export; no packages available.  What is causing this?


In order to be able to export candidates to HireRight and view HireRight packages, you will need permissions on the HireRight side to do so.

We would first recommend checking in with your HireRight Admin to make sure that your email has been whitelisted, and to also confirm that this email matches the email you associated to your Greenhouse account.
