If you are encountering an error message when attempting to send an offer via Docusign, the first step to troubleshooting this error would be to refresh the integration.
To do so, you would navigate to the Integrations tab > Locate Docusign > Disconnect. You will then want to select to re-connect to the Docusign Integration once more. This disconnect/ reconnect action will refresh your Docusign credentials in Greenhouse and may resolve the error message being seen.
