When you refer a candidate, you can either add the referral to Greenhouse Recruiting or provide the candidate with a unique link that tracks you as the referral source.
Once the referred candidate has been added to Greenhouse Recruiting using either referral method, you are unable to edit the referral. This includes the candidate’s information as well as any additional context you provide, such as your relationship to the candidate, your rating, any referral notes, and any other custom questions your organization may have configured.
If you need to make changes after you’ve submitted your referral, contact your site admin.
