Remove an agency or agency recruiter from a job

Permissions: Job Admins, who can invite and deactivate agency recruiters, and Site Admins

Product tier: Available for all subscription tiers

You can remove an agency recruiter from a job via the Job Dashboard. 

Note: If you want to remove an entire agency from a job, you'll need to individually remove each recruiter associated with the agency.

Navigate to the job (Jobs > Job Name). From the left panel, click Sourcing, then click Agencies.


For each recruiter listed under the agency you want to remove, click the recruiter’s name. (Do not click the Edit Edit-icon.png icon.)


Click Add/Remove Jobs.


Uncheck the boxes next to the jobs you no longer want the recruiter assigned to, then click Save.
