Greenhouse Recruiting offers the ability to post free job ads on several partner boards, including Secret Tel Aviv. These free ads can help expand your reach and allow you to access more candidates at no additional cost to your organization.
Unlike other free external job boards such as Indeed, which are enabled on a per-job basis through the Job Post Edit page, Secret Tel Aviv job posts are handled at the organization level in Greenhouse Recruiting. Secret Tel Aviv posts will either be on or off for every job that is currently live on your job board in Israel.
Secret Tel Aviv’s recruitment website is quickly becoming one of the most active in Israel, specializing in Hi-Tech. With this Greenhouse integration you can add all your jobs for free to Secret Tel Aviv. Secret Tel Aviv also offers several premium options for your most important and urgent jobs.
Enable Secret Tel Aviv organic job posts
To enable Secret Tel Aviv organic job posts, click the Configure icon in the top-right corner of the page and select Job Boards & Posts from the left-side panel.
Locate the job board where you want to set up the integration. Click the Ellipsis icon beside the job board and select Edit Board Settings from the dropdown menu.
On the Edit Your Job Board page, scroll to Allow candidates to apply directly from Secret Tel Aviv and select Yes.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save when finished.
Once enabled, all live job posts based in Israel on this job board with a valid location on the Edit Job Post page will be sent to Secret Tel Aviv. Candidates applying through these job posts will be added to Greenhouse Recruiting with Secret Tel Aviv in the Source field.
Note: Once a job post is published, Greenhouse Recruiting sends the job post information to Secret Tel Aviv within 3 – 4 hours. From there, it can take up to 48 hours for the data to be processed and the job post to appear on Secret Tel Aviv’s website.
Update or delete a job post on Secret Tel Aviv
To edit the content of a job post on Secret Tel Aviv or remove it entirely from Secret Tel Aviv’s site edit or delete the job post on Greenhouse Recruiting. Your changes will sync with Secret Tel Aviv the next time Secret Tel Aviv receives updates from Greenhouse Recruiting.
