Sentiment tags are an easy way to classify replies so you can focus on interested prospects. While they can be assigned manually, prospect response review uses AI to scan incoming prospect emails and automatically mark prospects as interested based on their response.
You can pair this tool with automated rules for campaign pools to quickly move interested candidates to the right pool and the top of your queue.
Turn on AI prospect response review
Go to Configure > AI Tools and select “Prospect response review” on to activate the feature.
A tag is only assigned when the system is at least 90% confident in its interpretation. You can still add or change sentiments manually, even with the automated analysis turned on.
